So our job is to you know get that scapula in a proper position and how we do that is if you pull a Stapel or the shoulder blade down and back kind of like a swooping motion under you know we can just kind of process this fall on the shoulders down and back. You always hear that it’s kind of an old school method to keep in proper posture.

Another thing that we can add to it too as well is kind of rotating the shoulder up back down and keeping a nice long neck and keeping that in front of our body keeping our chin in a neutral position is beneficial and we can also externally rotate the hands. Another thing that we kind of alluded to was that the neck and you know you see this a lot with you know people nowadays they have their head of protruded forward as opposed to in a neutral position always look with your your eyes and not your neck. So you know this comes from you know cell phones and laptops and different devices video games where you have that head way out in front of you and you may not even notice it you’re kind of slumped forward. This can this can greatly affect your body because it can inhibit a deep diaphragmatic breath. You know we need oxygen to get her body you know two more oxygen or a body and there’s better function because she can heal a little bit faster.

Our body just functions overall better when we get a good deep breath and control our breathing and for that matter. So it’s it’s imperative that we keep that neck in a neutral position as best as we can and we also can you know some of the muscles in the front portion of  Tennessee Murfreesboro Chiropractor our neck like the old Floyd mastoid muscles and the scalings all these muscles can kind of get a little tense and tight from that overly flex position of the neck.
